Larry is a financial planner with 25 years of expertise in strategy development and analysis for business case development in fast changing markets, as well as the operations experience to see changes through. He has had numerous roles working across functional areas including finance, strategy, sales, supply chain and product development for telecommunications, sports venues, and smart communities. Larry is most comfortable at the convergence of technology and construction to deliver a carefully planned, financially successful and superior customer experience. His diverse background enables him to build many different perspectives and contingencies into a financial or strategic evaluation, which can then be used to manage and mitigate risks during development and post-launch. Larry has worked on all phases of sports venue and major digital signage construction projects, product management and unique financing structures for major project installations. Larry has a Master of Public Policy degree from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
