Erick Feitshans leads DEEM Enterprises as Chief Executive Officer with over 30 years of combined experience in real estate and the entertainment industry, as well as a comprehensive legal background. Drawing upon his vast multi-industry career and experience providing crucial guidance, leadership, strategic advice, managerial expertise and creative problem-solving to companies both domestically and internationally, Mr. Feitshans brings a well-rounded perspective and unparalleled expertise to lead Renaissance at Bader Field in each aspect of its development.
Immediately prior to establishing DEEM Enterprises, Mr. Feitshans opened and continues to operate a private practice specializing in entertainment, real estate, finance, and business. Before entering private practice, Mr. Feitshans’ career was centered in the entertainment industry. He has held various positions in motion picture and television development, production, financing, and international distribution, drawing upon his legal background throughout to serve as general counsel for several production companies, advising on business and legal affairs. Since 2011, Mr. Feitshans has been directly involved in the fundraising, production, and distribution of many notable motion picture projects, as well as in the real estate development and lending industries.
Outside of his professional work in law and entertainment, Mr. Feitshans formerly served as co-chairman of the Media Workshops at UCLA and is a frequent guest lecturer on a wide range of entertainment industry topics. He is a graduate of UCLA and the Southwestern University School of Law.

Instrumental in fulfilling the promise of Renaissance at Bader Field to act as a beacon of energy independence in Atlantic City is Michael Binder, Chief Operating Officer of DEEM Enterprises.
Having supported nearly 300 high-profile projects in the specialty metal/advanced lighting (LED) and signage markets, most notably the Prudential Spectacular in Times Square, Mr. Binder has experience leading business development on all levels, including developing strategic corporate relationships, raising capital to fund business, advanced marketing and public relations efforts, brand awareness, and product innovations. Through his work, Mr. Binder has been instrumental in creating sustainability studies on LEC Technology that have led to his contribution to over 135 articles in various trade, national and international publications, and inspired him to author “The Green Manifesto,” a comprehensive white paper on LEC Technology, sustainability, and carbon footprint.
In addition to his work with DEEM Enterprises, Mr. Binder is the CEO of Impactive Networks, Inc., a unique multifaceted digital network located along the Atlantic City Boardwalk, as well as founder and CEO of eSquaredHome, which focuses on sustainable commercial and residential building technologies. Mr. Binder is a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Atlantic City native Daniel Gallagher, Esq. brings a unique familiarity with the local community and over 25 years of legal experience to his roles as a founding partner of DEEM Enterprises and its Chief Legal Officer. Mr. Gallagher’s extensive presence, experience and involvement in the community make him exceptionally positioned to facilitate the legal aspects of the Renaissance at Bader Field development.
During his tenure as a practicing attorney, Mr. Gallagher has successfully filed and defended hundreds of tax appeals, including those for residential, commercial and casino properties. Mr. Gallagher most notably served as general counsel for the Atlantic City Housing Authority and Urban Redevelopment Agency, and he played a key role in the land acquisition, site development, contract development and government approval of the Trump Taj Mahal, which was at the time the largest casino in Atlantic City. As a partner at Miller, Gallagher & Grimley, Mr. Gallagher acted as counsel for the development of hundreds of housing properties and developments in Galloway and Hamilton Townships, and as the former assistant solicitor for the City of Atlantic City, he worked in the areas of real estate property tax appeals, zoning, and planning. Mr. Gallagher also formerly served as counsel to the City Council of Atlantic City.
Mr. Gallagher is licensed to practice law in the New Jersey Superior Court, New Jersey District Court, The United States Tax Court, and The Supreme Court of the United States. He earned his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law, his LLM in taxation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and his B.S. from Rutgers University.

As Chief Branding Officer of DEEM Enterprises, Stephanie Sanborn draws on her professional background leading high-impact M&A and business transformation and expansion efforts, while building top-producing teams across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and formidable corporate culture, to direct brand partnerships and event operations for Renaissance at Bader Field.
In addition to her work with DEEM Enterprises, Ms. Sanborn is the founder and CEO of Voyant Holdings, Inc., the first B2B activation marketplace that uses AI to match brand marketers with activation inventory across the world’s most anticipated entertainment programs and events. Through this role and a multitude of others, she has a demonstrated record of success developing and executing strategy, driving global expansion, and maximizing technologies to advance innovation within the media and entertainment, high-tech, marketing, and creative services, retail, automotive, food and beverage, hospitality, technology, and pharmaceutical industries.
Ms. Sanborn is a trusted partner to C-level decision makers and world-leading advertisers, agencies, and media and entertainment companies. As a global profit and loss owner, she has a proven record of success leading her teams to a series of industry firsts, entering new markets and structuring market-leading joint ventures that reduced operating costs, improved EBITDA, and strengthened intangible assets to garner significant premiums during M&A transactions.

Larry is a financial planner with 25 years of expertise in strategy development and analysis for business case development in fast changing markets, as well as the operations experience to see changes through. He has had numerous roles working across functional areas including finance, strategy, sales, supply chain and product development for telecommunications, sports venues, and smart communities. Larry is most comfortable at the convergence of technology and construction to deliver a carefully planned, financially successful and superior customer experience. His diverse background enables him to build many different perspectives and contingencies into a financial or strategic evaluation, which can then be used to manage and mitigate risks during development and post-launch. Larry has worked on all phases of sports venue and major digital signage construction projects, product management and unique financing structures for major project installations. Larry has a Master of Public Policy degree from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
